Welcome Pat (silken) to the mod team. I've been largely absent from the site due to my recent health issues, family, kids and MistKing.com. I started OrchidBoard when I was still a student and time management was little easier back then now there's just too much to deal with.

Nevertheless, OB is a tremendous resource with tons of users and visitors and thanks to our mods and admins this place keeps humming along, letting our members, visitors all mingle together and talk orchids.

Welcome Pat and HUGE THANKS to all the mods that continue to keep OB the top friendly online orchid destination. None of us would be here without your help !
