Yes it's down, but intentionally. We had some hacking attempts and we're trying to narrow it down which section of the site may be leaving us vulnerable. I'll leave it off for another week and then will start bringing some functionality back, probably 1 at a time.

Just as a note. 'Display Top Posters' is also down (it goes to a smiley link instead). It's been down for the same time as the OCD so I'm assuming it's part of what you've disabled in your attempt to stop the hacking. Just wanted to mention it in case it's not intentional. (It's useful for spotting spammers who have posted a lot, because of my time zone they often have not been reported yet and I spot them there first )
