It keeps logging me out as well, even though I click the box that says Remember Me.
This happened to me too for a few days and I ended up requesting new password etc... been ok since then (although have not been on much) as Hubby's computer is KO. He bought a new hard drive with windows 7 ...but he can't use the web as our internet provider hasn't got the 'right' whatever it needs?..' for him to use the web.. & I even accused my husband of "mucking about" with my computer so it wouldn't work on OB !!!!!!!!!!!

I just needed to sign in again for the 3rd time this week. When it first started doing this I thought possibly it was my computer acting up.

Firefox 3.5.5 and the same problem, also with IE (to lazy to look up version now). I had the same problem 3 days in a row when I browsed on eBay...
Could this be a Windows update problem?

Nicole, Ebay was having issues over the weekend, I just read about on internet this morning.

But I have to agree that it seems to be getting worse and worse, and it's the only website doing this to me! I'm not getting signed off, just the blank screen. Didn't check IE, since that doesn't work on my computer for some reason.

Didn't know eBay had problems. What helps for me here on OB is refresh the blank page.

I'm really surprised none of Admin hasn't chimed in here. While I also have had problems (both IE8 and Firefox both) I have had way more problems with Facebook. I do know the blank screens in Facebook are due to insufficient server power for the load (they seem to add servers daily) so perhaps that might be the issue here as well? I also suspect many more are having the problem but didn't open this thread (I know I saw it days ago but didn't respond).

This is the only site I'm having these issues with and its been constant.

Have tried everything so I'm assuming it's due to an overload of more members, possibly because of the exposure on Facebook?

I noticed that clicking on email links doesn't always spawn off the website. This used to work just fine, but after loading 500 windows updates it doesn't always work as it should. I don't think this is an OB problem. Easy check, whenever this happens to you, just copy and paste the link, I bet it will work just fine. I've had before when after clicking the link, it will hang before opening up a browser and the OB page.

of course from time to time there could be glitches on OB too, we have bunch of backup scripts running, archiving everything, forum software runs bunch of crontabs, etc. Server is always working. On top of that if we get hit by a traffic wave and the server is running scripts there may be a lag.

I've been having a problem as well with the screen going blank as it load a link to a thread.

Marty, I'm afraid the answer is no, I cut and paste the link and it does the same, I refresh the page it does the same. I have to refresh three/four times before it loads. Sometimes I've tried closing IE completely and repasting the link and still the same.

As others have said it's been getting worse.

BUT I get the same from facebook!
I'm half wondering if it could be a problem caused by the link to facebook. It's been getting worse and worse over there as well.

The facebook thing may be a wrong track, but it seems to have started since those links were added.

I also have the problem with it logging me out WITHOUT it resetting my 'new posts' list (so it's not timed out). That seemed to start arround the time of the update which gave us the facebook button to post a thread to facebook.
