Default Habenaria Kakoeri

Hi Everyone

Well I went crazy at the markets today and bought some more Habenaria. I think I now have H. Kakoeri. The other species I got were the orange form of H. Rhodocheila and another supposed red one in spike.. I could not pass this natural hybrid up as I have never seen it before. It already has 5 seed pods.

Here are the pics of the H. Kakoeri. Can anyone confirm for me that this is what it is. I was told it was from the south of Thailand. I am sure that it is that natural hybrid, looking at the way the petals form.

The leaves look nothing like H. Carnea.

Here are a few links from the web. One is of H. Carnea x H. Rhodocheila. The others are of H. Kakoeri.

That's really pretty, and I love the shots of it in the wild.

I hope I can flask the seed and germinate them. Habenaria are fast to set pods and dehisce. I am not sure how easy to germinate.
