Default What is my Ludisia Discolor doing?

My ludisia is just loosing flowers and making a new growth plus has developed 2 of these bumps

There are 2 of them at the moment. I've checked some pics online and read some but i cant understand what are they. Any idea?

Are their roots flashy as usual for orchids?
Can it be because roots are suffering in the pot? It retain a lot of water.

These are new growths :-) It will be another stem with leaves.

No the roots don't look like roots from for instance a Phalaenopsis. Ludisia doesn't root deep in the pot and makes very tiny, sort of hairy roots.

Woa really? It seemed to me a new growth but i couldnt find any in pics i've seen.
Concerning bout the height will these new growth be much taller?

I don't know if these growths will be taller. I own my Ludisia since January or something like that. I noticed it started new growths on both sides of the stem, but only one of them really grows.
I had new growths on stems that already were far over the rim of the pot. I was concerned about the weight the new growths would ad.
When the plants really needs to be watered, the stems are more flexible. You can bend it a bit upwards and give it support with a stalk.
