This is a terrestrial orchid that I've receipt as gift from a friend that's an orchid collector (more than 3.000 orchids in its collection )
It's originary of southern Mexico through Panama and the small flower is about 1 cm.

Ahhh...."Shadow witch"...some might know the species as the "Hairy Shadow Witch", pretty well known here in Florida. Can't wait until mine arrives, suppose to be getting one from a friend on the east coast. Way cool Massimo
