Phaius Pulcher Culture Suggestions Needed

I bought one of these guys the other day, and I'm wondering if their culture is any different to Phaius Australis or Tankerville? I noticed that this guy has been potted in C/H rather than the bog mulch the Australis I purchased at the same time/vendor is in. I didn't ask for culture tips of the Pulcher at the time(doh!), now I want to repot and am kinda at a loss.

Also, will these guys do well in ceramic pots, or should I stick to the orchid standard plastic or terracotta?

I think they like a slightly freer draining mix than tancarvilleae or australis. Ph. pulcher is from Madagascar so I think not as closely related to the Oceanic species and probably doesn't grow in quite the same habitat.

I have a hybrid pulcher x tancarvilleae which was in a cym mix with a lot of perlite and charcoal mixed in. Seems to be happy. I keep the mix damp but not wet like I can with tancarvilleae.
