Does it like to be misted? Just bought one in bloom recently from Andy's. The plant looks fine but the blooms are starting to turn brown. Wondering what I can do if anything.

I always looked with envy at these type of Habenaria. Our Habenarias here are almost always green with small flowers and not easy to adapt to pot culture. Congrats, Pheli!

The white-flowered one is Habenaria robinsonii from the Philippines.

Attended meeting of local orchid society last night. A member brought a H. erichmichelii in bloom to share. Since it was identical to mine and looked much happier and healthier, I asked for her secrets to growing. She said to treat it like a Miltoniopsis as to temperature and water. Of course, it is terrestrial so that will be different. So I moved it last night to a cooler location in my house. It looks happier already. (So do I. ) She also said that she repots it when necessary in very well soaked coconut fiber. She changes the water three times to remove the salts. She also adds perlite.

This species seems to be sold as Habenaria rosea in Germany
