Lovely lil bugger
What conditions does it grow under?
I read that the flowers smell like cinnamon. Is there any indication?

I was wondering what this orchid was and I found this as per Meiracyllium - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Scientific classification
Kingdom: Plantae
Division: Magnoliophyta
Class: Liliopsida
Order: Asparagales
Family: Orchidaceae
Subfamily: Epidendroideae
Tribe: Epidendreae
Subtribe: Meiracyllinae
Genus: Meiracyllium

Thanks all

(and thank you Dorothy, i didn't know it is of the Epidendroideae subfamily!)

The plant is small, the leaves are 2-3 cm. long, and the flower is less of 1 cm... i haven't noticed any fragrance.
i have it from last February, it grows at about 20C in low light, high humidity (70-80%) but with not too much water..
