Default Haraella oderatta bloom!


Happy little plant. Needs a lot of water! It has a second bloom spike, but I don't suspect that I will get another bloom in time for our orchid society summer show in 2 weeks.

Growing inside, NW window.

I wonder how it would do in cool temps. Very nice. Always reminds me of when I got started with Orchids.

I don't know. Right now it's in an open top terrarium so the humidity stays a bit higher 70-80% vs. 41-68% in the rest of the orchid corner and the temperature ranges between 70-79 F, consistent with the rest of the orchid corner.

It is a very happy plant I am looking at getting another one or 2 for sure. It doesn't seem to have fragrance like it's supposed to but I'm not sure if that is so bad since it's in a glass box I can't smell it anyway!
