I wintered mine in the fridge as well and potted them up this spring. I have a protected place that I think I might plant them in the future, though

I can't help with tips on culture, but it sure is pretty.

I got one alba to weeks ago and the info I got, form other sites and the vendor, was:

Pot it in soil (for ex, orchid mix for terrestrials), give it water, leave it outside for the winter and forget about it.
About the pots, it doesn't matter to pot it in a bigger pot because new growths will always grow close to the edge.
My winter: frequent lows around 40 's, sometimes bellow the frezzing point and high's around low 50's.

If you are going to grow them in pots, you need to keep the pot from freezing solid in the winter. We put them in the unheated garage for the winter, watering them once every six weeks or so. Then putting them back out after the fear of frost is over. If you are going to grow them in the ground make sure that they are mulched well so the bulb does not freeze solid. Frost usually does any thing above the ground in, causing them to go dormant until warmer weather. When they break dormancy, in the spring, give them limited water until roots form. Usually a few weeks later than growth starts, so bulbs don't rot. They bloom in the spring soon after breaking dormancy. They may need to be vernalized (cooling period) to get them to bloom.
