I thought this committed suicide at the beginning of the season, the bulb didn't look good at all - not firm but lumpy. I had also read that these are difficult to overwinter even in the best of conditions.
I am however rewarded with 3 new growths. I repotted - as an experiment - into medium bark mixed with sphagnum ( I didn't have any fine bark ). So far, so good.

glad it's still going for you. Orchids are tougher than we think!

Yours looks quite nice! mine had a few small leaves, but they died. Now all I have is a bulb.

its the growing season. Maybe yours will sprout again.
I am hoping to rebloom mine, first step is lush leaf growth.

I am glad you helped it survive. On your next repotting I suggest the fine bark or seedling mix....they have tiny roots. But it is happy and healthy as of now.

this started blooming on Sat 18th. Blooms very slow to open, and the petals appear to slowly unfurl in the evenings. They are spectacular.
I will post photos in the morning.
