Vanilla Pompona
Default The final process
Here is the end result. It's taken almost a year from pollination to curing. Am giving some as Christmas presents.

Looks like you've pretty much gotten it down. We use vodka for the alcohol, though we don't use Vanilla pompona - we use the ordinary vanilla, but if I had these I'd certainly try them. We also use it for gifts.
