Default Encyclia bracteata

A micro-miniature with a surprisingly large (and fragrant) flower. Mounted on a slice of cholla.
Enjoy - Nancy

That's really striking. Such colour from the 'tounge' on an otherwise green flower that could almost get lost in the foliage. I really like it

Default The whole plant

The piece of cholla is ~2" (50mm) across. The pencil may provide reference scale. I guess it needs the bright lip to lure the pollinator!
