I also have pusilla (Psygmorchis I think they call it now, not Oncidium) and I have two spikes starting that look identical to yours. Congrats!

Thanks everyone, I'm pumped to see the flowers on this one. This will be the first to flower of the fifteen orchids I have in my new exo terra 24x24x18. The orchid next to it is a Pleurothallis sonderana from Andy's.
