Default Leptotes pohlitinocoi and bicolor

Leptotes pohlitinocoi is the first photo. I got this plant from Andys almost 2 months ago because my Leptotes bicolor is doing so well in water culture. The bicolor has been flowering for 6 weeks and is fragrant late night and very early in the morning.

For size comparison, petals of pohlitinocoi are less than 1 inch and bicolor almost 2 inches. Plant height of pohlitinocoi 4.5 in and bicolor 6.5 inches.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement

Leptotes bicolor has done exceptionally well for me in water culture. The above photo is after almost 2 years in water culture. It had 12 flowers in slightly overlapping sequence covering 6 weeks.

If you are interested in lookin at the method I use for water culture I have several posts where I had the time to explain it in more detail. If you have questions after reading these, pertaining to your projects I will be glad to try to answer them.

I would start with

Onc. Sharry Baby in water culture

and some comparisons to passive hydro.

Catts in S/H

You can also find other photos of plants in water culture in my gallery.

Hi Sun,
Your leptotes are beautiful! I really love the bicolor one.

Thanks for taking the time to talk about your water culture, and for sharing your photos with us.
