Stelis spp. from Mexico (cf argentata?)

Greetings - this little rascal has about 30 inflorescences, it has really gone to town. Like many pleurothallids, it reblooms from the same place numerous times, even from the stem where a leaf has fallen.
Very reliable flowering, unless I forget to water even once; then all the little buds fade right away.
