Hi Michel, where in Canada are you? Try Clouds Orchids.. a Canadian supplier. Many on OB say they have a good reputation

I've gotten alot of my 'chids from clouds orchids, always been happy with them. Wonderful easy folks to deal with.
You can also try paramount orchids, they have good selections of orchids.

Welcome to the OB forum

I don't know about minis but Orchidwire.com has a listing of Orchid vendors in Canada -
OrchidWire - Orchid Vendors in Canada
and here is the list from Orchidmall.com -

Default Where I get my Miniatures

I do almost all of my orchid shopping on the internet (or by phone, if I have questions). Here are a few places that have quite a good selection of Mini's:

Andy's - all (or mostly?) species.

Andy's Orchids - Orchids Species - Orchids - Species Specialist - Orchids on a stick

Hoosier - mostly species, but a few hybrids too

Hoosier Orchid Home Page

Oak Hill - both species and hybrids, but more species, I think.

Oak Hill Gardens

I have bought from all of these growers many times, and I recommend them all HIGHLY. Good plants and customer service, information, etc.

I'm not a "mini specialist", although I do have quite a few. I think that you will find many more species varieties available, than hybrids. Seems that most of the hybridization efforts go into the big, flashy Catt's, Phal's, etc.

Being a mini specialist (Angraecoids are my thing) I shop Andy's, Hoosiers' and occasionally Oak Hill.

I don't do most Dendros or large, "floofy orchids". For me it's minis (like Angraecoides), Paphs, and others that crept in somewhere along the line. See my orchid list for complete collection (usually not current.)
