Bulbophyllum oblongum (use to be a member of the Trias family before the name change). This has been a hardy miniature that I have been growing in a high humidity set-up with fairly warm temperatures, under bright artificial lighting.

wisdomseeker, what light fixtures/setup are you running? All of your miniatures are magnificent in growth and blooms, and I'd love to set up small terrariums like what you've got going, but I never know what kind of lighting to use that isn't going to stress the plants. Lovely little bulbophyllum!

Using LED fixtures.

Don't want to dive into all the details (it will get long winded, and is probably better suited for the "growing under lights" section). I build my own lights. Keeps the cost factor down low (in terms of "off the shelf, plug & play fixtures vs. DIY, and electrical costs to run the lights)... I already have the tools, and most of the materials needed. Design is based on the size of my growing enclosures, especially in regards to the height of the enclosure and/or terrarium.

I run these lights soft (lower amperage) and actively cool all fixtures (thermal management) regardless of whether it really needs it or not. I use a blend of 445,495,660,720nm, along with 5,000k & 6500k white diodes to create a spectrum that is favorable for my plants and appealing to my eye. A couple examples below (pictures always seem to say it better than words). And I apologize for already starting to get long-winded.

Using this on a 8x8x12 terrarium

Using this on a 12x12x18 terrarium

Still using this one, I built a a couple years ago, for a large orchid terrarium (that was originally being used for Tillies).
