Ornithocephalus manabina (an easy miniature)
Grown under bright artificial light on the warm side with moderate humidity, kept moist but allowing to dry between watering. I think they fall under the
Oncidiinae subtribe.

I've been growing this one (along with
O. gladiatus, O. inflexus, &
O. irdifolius) for a couple of years. As with many other orchids, the 'bird head orchids' can look very similar to each other (foliage and flowers). In terms of ID, this can be a very confusing genus. A lot of mis-identification in this group.
Impossible for me to get a close-up of the flowers without proper macro camera equipment. Sometimes (under magnification), differences can be picked-up... shape of flowers, flower size, hints of flower color, flower
lips, crystalline appearance of flowers: especially when flowers are fresh ~ along with shape of the fans, longer/thinner leaves, spike length, etc.
I am not a Botanist (nor an expert), so many times I tend to match my plants to descriptions that closely agree with those descriptions (usually via pictures:
O.iridifolius example
