Macroclinium manabinum. From a division I made last year (this division now has 2 growths). My late 1990's Kodak point-and-shoot just doesn't do it justice.

That is awesome! I Macrocliniums are so cool, I only have one so far. How are you growing yours?

In regards to my growing conditions ~ growing indoors under artificial lighting ~ on the warm side ~ RH is around 50% minimum. Plants are mounted with some LF sphagnum. I water thoroughly at least once a week with light fertilization once a month. They do best for me under bright (but not real intense) light, and they also seem to appreciate a good drying out between waterings. Flowers are fairly long lived.

Ah, that is one i wish to try once again. Had one years ago but lost it. One of these days if I find a good trade or sale .......

I have an extra division almost identical to the one in the photo. It has 2 growths and is in flower.
