There are still alot of bugs that need to be worked out but they will be worked out eventually.

Anyway the mould could be filled with the expanding foam and then pulled and coated with a hard poly-resin finish for stability? Just throwing out thoughts. You've got a great design, just need a way to lighten it up and produce more in less time....PM me if you'd like to discuss.
