You could run it on a timer, turning it off and letting it warm during the day. Or even better get a Ranco electronic temperature controller. They're programmable for up to a 30 degree differential.

That's a thought. maybe after Summer is over I might have the plants out during the day and in the cooler at night.

OMG, caught myself talking to the plants in the cooler. Feeling they might be loney? What the heck! Now moving the cooler about so the plants get maximum sunlight.

The newer plant in the wine cooler did bloom 3 flowers.
