Default Office windowsill...

cheering up the dark winter...

...only the Phals are my own work bought them in bloom a bit more than one year ago, and are re-blooming this year again. Funny, they delayed their bloom about 3 months compared to when I bought them) They receive lot's of light from west and north at that corner, and are kept a bit cool during winter (heating below them is kept off) and do not know the meaning of misting , but take a "shower" once a week. and are kept outside in the garden during sommer (next to the Rhododendrons and shaded by them)
The Dend. was a present from a work colleage for Nikolaus (same as santa, and is celebrated on Dec., 6th hier in german speaking region), and I love it!
unfortunatelly, ttwo other Phals and one Epidendrum I had bought tend November did not survive my office - they were infected with "I don't know what" and died within days

that's also my favorite from the office plants...

and the last one is gorgeous, but no way to get the real colours in pics I tried several times under different light conditions and with flash... but no chance the realcolour is very dark...
