Some blooms and spikes! Male
Default Some blooms and spikes!

hey guys. here are some blooms and spikes i have, i love this time of year, i always get lots of activity! i need to get plants that will flower in summer though!

the first one is a nice compact cattleya. i got it in bud, from steve male at the SOS show this october. the name is. im not sure its registered, nothing comes up on RHS. Lc Mini Twilight x (Lc Drumbeat x Lc Why Not) smells great! its citrusy sweet during the day. stands 9 inches tall including the pot

it has nice shape, but could be flatter.

next is another cattleya. Blc. Terri Henderson 'Paul' this is the first catt ive ever rebloomed! almost 5" natural spread. this one has a thread all to itself with more pictures, in the cattleya forum.

Lc angel heart 'hihimanu' am/aos in bud. it has 4 spikes on 3 growths, with at least 5 buds. this one had two mutant growths last summer. they were like siamese twins, two pbulbs from one growth. got this from carmelas too

both sides of the siamese twin have spikes. one side has a siamese spike, thats actually 2 spikes from 1 growth!

Blc Hawaiian Leopard 'Mei Ling' got this in december from carmela's with the ones above. excited about this one! buds and another spike i can see on the other growth

Bc. kosh wallis 'paradise' got this last october at the SOS show, its grown soo much since then! at least 4 spikes, could be more.

noid phal i got in the spring. 2 buds on the middle of the spike blasted, idk why

doritis champorensis var alba. got this in bud at the SOS show this year. all the buds blasted except for 1. spicy sweet fragrant. very mild

another noid, smal white cute starshaped flowers, lightly scented last year. it has a keiki and a spike!

odd keiki-thing

Phal. I-Hsin Sunflower. got this from hausermann's in april 2010, first spikes ive gotten. and a double too!

great roots!

phal noid 'mega phal' bloomed last year with 1 spikes with 5" blooms. this year it will be amazing!

thanks for looking!

Everything looks very well grown. Congratulations on the new spikes and blooms. That mounted phal with the two spikes is really impressive. Good growing.

Congratulations! Enjoy all the beautiful blooms! I just love when the scented ones bloom and fill a room with fragrance. If they are beautiful to look at, even better. Yours are gorgeous and I enjoyed seeing them all!
