Default How I grow

The first pics were under construction taken 2 years ago, of my "treehouse greenhouse". Water runs in the trays and outside down a drain. Lots of fans and shade cloth in the summer, door opens to outside on the rest of the deck. I have to run a dehumidefier in the winter... Not your typical greenhouse but it works !
The bakers racks in the sunroom have trays and tubing running into each other and outside via drain. Summer I keep the curtains closed till noon because the sun comes in the East windows there...no skylights in there ,it is actually our dining room. Majority of the windows are North.. As you can see it is filled to the brim now, there are trays under the benches in the greenouse and florecent lights over them...any questions ,just ask !

That is such a very nice setup! So neat and orderly. To me this is a new option to your typical green house. Thanks for the pics!

I'm now green with envy...what a beautiful display! I have one baker's rack filled, and a separate 3 shelf system but now I'm thinking I need to go shopping

Very creative set up Gilda. Thanks for sharing the pics with us. Orchid growers are an ingenious lot - we can find room grow orchids anywhere!
