Default A project I did last Sunday

We went to the beach for vacation the first week of April, and as I do everytime I go, I haul back all sorts of stuff (bags of shells, bird skulls, palm trunks and driftwood) to use in my greenhouse.

Here is a project I did last weekend using some of my beach hooch. I used some blooming phals, made a mass mounting of a huge cork slab laid flat on the ground beside a big Anthurium plowmanii, and blooming epidendrums, assorted bromeliads and other stuff around as accents, and floored everything with river rock, shells and neat stuff. I will add the photos in a sec

Thank you all! It was fun. This is "phase one" so to speak. I have to locate a suitable large arching piece of driftwood to use as a totem, and I am going to mount some hoyas and orchids on that as well. I want it to arch over the phals.
