Thanks everybody
I do have plenty of space for more plants...which I'm sure will slowly but surely dissipate as time goes on
I left a few around the pool, and the vandas will stay in their usual space until the temps call for them to be protected and they'll go inside. I also left some in an area on the innner lanai...the place looks naked!!!
We decided to stay with the river rock because before the room was put up, that area was a raised bed of sand and river rock. We just built the seawall for added support on the hill and added more rock!
The rocks, I'm sure, will help with humidity levels too
Never thought I'd see the day where I'm buying tons of dirt and rocks!!!

Finally its done. Very nice! I love the way it looks. Kinda hard to see, maybe it was a cloudy day when you took the pics, but how much light does the room get? Plus how big is it?

It gets lots of light, especially in the areas where the 2 skylights are. The area at the other end, where the Ficus tree is, does not have a skylight. All the windows in the room are tinted so I can open and close them to adjust the light to a certain level. I will be using a shade of some sort to bring it down a notch in another little area. The room is 10 x 28.

What an great space, I like the rock floor too, you can probably just spray it down for humidity. Now you have lots of space for orchids, maybe even a palm tree or two....
I love your fig, the braided truck is just lovely.
