So... the first chids inhabited my tree some of teh a week ago, 2 today... Some photos
1. The whole tree

That is SOOO cool, well done on a wonderful orchid tree, only problem is now I want one nothing wrong with wanting but it doesnt mean I can have your 'chids look happy also I hope they grow well and bloom for you that is going to look even more amazing when they flower.

It really looks great!
Here are a couple of hints for you.
The phal should be mounted leaves down, roots up.
This is the way they naturally grow and eliminates the accidental water in the crown problem that leads to crown rot.
The Aerangis likes humidy. I had mine mounted on a cork slab for a year with it doing nothing until I moved it to my terrarium where the humidy runs between 50% and 60% and it took off with a new growth and blossom spike.

Your tree looks great!! . Where did you get such nice big pieces of cork? I have trouble finding places to buy some despite all the cork trees that grow in the south of France!
