The lanai floor is actually colored concrete, done with a stencil. Much less expensive than real flagstone

I thought it might be! That's EXACTLY what we were planning on doing! Except with "stones" about half the size of yours (smaller area to begin with, so smaller scale). I'm all about anything that's less expensive and that I can do myself.

I sure will! I'm *hoping* to get it all done in the Spring, but I'm notorious for starting projects and then dragging them along for months until they beg for death, so, we'll see.
