Is that Phalandopsis Little One? If not, it's a dead ringer.

I also think it's Phal Little One, you probably have a wrong label DC.

These are mine, I think my labels are correct... (Little One looks halfway between its two parents, if anything more like the Hygrochilus parishii/Phal hygrochila parent) So it isn't Sedirea japonica...but not so sure about Vandopirea (Phalaenopsis) LIttle One either though I have seen photos with a lot of variation so maybe.

It’s from marlows. Jim’s usually on point.

DC-Mine came from Jim as well. Maybe 5-6 years ago?
The tag is Vanda Little One which I believe is now classified as "Phalandopsis".

Here's a pic of mine from last year as right now in spike but not open yet.

Vandopirea Little One is now a Phalaenopsis because of the reclassification of its parents... Sedirea japonica is now Phal. japonica, and Hygrochilus parishii (which before that was Vandopsis parishii hence the nothogenus Vandopirea) is now Phal. hygrochila. So... with both parents now being Phalaeopsis, there aren't any more genera to put into the brew... Phalaenopsis it is. A really nice primary hybrid... mine is very fragrant, blooms twice a year, and lives outdoors even in my decidedly NOT tropical environment (as do its parents)

Any one can make a mistake... I have gotten mis-identified plants from the best of vendors... and they usually will at least corroborate an ID... I have never asked for a refund since I have been happy with what I got even if it wasn't what was intended. I did once get a free plant because of a mis-labeling. So worth at least bringing it to their attention. Could have been a whole batch mis-labeled, they may want to follow up with THEIR source.

Yeah I am not looking for any kind of freebie. Just confirming the id and then a source for a real japonica lol

I emailed Jim and sent a pic
