thanks! yeah, I'm pretty happy with this guy...

I was at sunset valley orchids last week and saw they're walks and I have to say they were quite large actually... close to regular catt size... the variability on the species must be pretty wide... hope I don't have to wait for years for mine to get to flower! even with this many pbs!... I first one, a novelty varietal crossing, which if you recall was damaged by ants so I depotted and mounted on to cork, the new growth has formed leaves albeit 2/3'rds if not half of size of older leaves, and new fat roots are forming... crossing fingers... meanwhile i have the other two lol

Surprisingly, they are not very easy to find. The old Oak Hill Gardens had a few and I really wish I had not put off buying the few I was considering...they closed before I ordered them. Sigh. :|
