Nice going, I can't wait to see the blooms. I'm so jealous.

Thank you! That's what I'm loving about it, it seems to be very easy to please as long as you notice it exists a couple times a week.

I'm really excited, but I'm trying not to fuss over the plant too much. It's in a very public space in my house and is actually one of the plants I am using to teach my puppy not to eat my orchids. If I fuss over them too much, she'll notice them again and start bringing them to me.

She retrieved my orchids when she realized she could reach them about a month ago. That was entertaining. LOL! My podangis dactyloceras had to be repotted thanks to Zoe, but it's growing roots again, so I can't complain. Clearly I had it potted wrong so it worked out for the best. LOL!

Oh how cute. she sees you paying attention to them so she thinks she's being a good girl bringing them to you so you can poke at them some more. What a good girl.

Ah RandonGemini I am sorry, it's great to know that the monticola you have is growing well and you can grow another spike soon Our furry little puppies just don't know how to be gentle with our orchids. I have a fat little dachshund who likes to waddle where her little heart pleases and this includes the area near the orchids lol she had knocked over many plants.

Too right! I love my furkids so I'm not mad, just disappointed. I was really looking forward to those flowers!

I know with some other genera if a spike gets broken off a new one starts soon after. So, don't despair, maybe you'll get another soon.
