I haven't had a chance to post my flask's progress and finally I have few pictures to share. I de-flasked my seedlings on April 26th. Here is my flask before I opened it:

The flask looked healthy but it was rather hard to open as the plastic was very hard to cut. It appeared to be a bottle from a salad dressing. Once I opened it, I pulled out a mass of seedlings all mixed with each other:

I gently separated each seedling and washed in luke warm water. I recovered about 19 seedlings of various sizes. Some of them had a leaf span of 3 inches. I noticed that many leaves were "crinkled" as they were running out of room while growing inside the flask. Perhaps the flask should have been opened a little sooner. I also found few dead seedlings - about 5 of them.
I left the seedlings in a plastic mixing bowl soaking for about 10-15 minutes.

I let them dry out on a piece of paper towel while I prepared the mix.

I "zapped" a mixtue of small Orchiata bark mixed with moss in a microwave for about 10 minutes. Prior to deflasking, I soaked all pots in bleach solution overnight (pool strength 10% bleach diluted at 0.5 TBS per gallon of water).
Once the seedlings dried up I potted them up:

I am using a small plastic storage box as my humidity dome.

I had few holes cut in the "lid" for ventilation. I am using a humidity/temperature reader to keep an eye on the conditions. So far the seedlings are doing good. The leaves are starting to straighten out. The only thing I am noticing is the bottom leaves on some seedlings are slightly more yellow in color than the rest. I will keep an eye on those.

I repotted them in some fresh sphagnum moss and put them in my makeshift humidity dome. My 10 gallon seedling tank is full, so I grabbed the container for a store bought cake. It has plastic plate at the bottom and the top is a clear plastic dome, it's perfect for my uses! So i put the three compots I ended up with in that dome.
