except I used to have a few Catleya types growing well for 2/3 years then I moved further 'north' and have been losing one after the other.... I only have 2 out of 5 left...  ... On the other hand that's what projects are for  |

How about Den. nobile and its hybrids? I'll do a bit of poking when my internet connection is not so pokey.

The problem with Den nobile is the winter rest. Some people (like me) have nowhere cool and bright to put winter resting plants.

I was thinking of ascocentrum (species or hybrids), but I found it impossible to locate any in Canada. Does anyone in Canada know where they might get them? |

These might he a problem, as some people might not be able to supply a sufficient amount of light. |
