I have very little experience with vendors, but so far I've noticed that the ones that's usually very quick to reply to inquiries are the German ones. It's too soon for me to draw any conclusions, but so far it looks like that.

I didn't contact any of the EU vendors. There are only 7 of us, and each plant is available at at least 2 different vendors. I already had my hands full contacting all the US and Canada vendors!
