Update time already? I think I will pass this time as I can see 0 change in the plant since I got it. No roots, no leaves, no growing. Oh well, at least its not dieing

Ours are similar in size but yours is a bit further advanced with an extra leaf over mine....guess yours will be blooming first! (unless others got BS ones). Mine was bought as a moderate seedling.

Hi Todd

Everybody that got one here in the US from Parkside should have received it at approximately the same size and growth phase.
Abby arrived in a 3 1/2 or 4 inch pot. The one she's in now is 5 inches. Unfortunately, I didn't take a measurement when she arrived so I can only compare pictures.

So far, I'm happy

Not sure where I'm surpose to post the first picture of my venustum, so I thought this looked like a good place.

It came from Clouds, and before you all hit me, they told me it should bloom some point this year (if I'm good ) which makes it blooming size in my books. So here it is:

Not much change with mine, no new growth, it's just a chillin' for the most part. Looks like Tindo and I got the laid-back ones.

Cheryl, don't forget our Project 1 when everybody's bloomed before Jessica! First is not necessarily best

There is hope for all of us!

Default Paph venustum. Project #3

Since receiving my Paph. venustum on 4/13/07, it has grown a new leaf and a new growth. The plant grows under a fluorescent combo of daylight and full spectrum. Lights are on 13 hours a day. I water once a week, and fertilize with MSU 3 out out of 4 waterings. The first photo was taken on 4/13/07. The next 2 photos were taken on 6/15/07.

Thanks for looking....
Jim
