I'm really hoping the Haraella retrocalla wins...it's one that we know we can definitely get. The others are going to be a problem

I thought we ruled out the plants that were going to be trouble to get.

The plants on the list have been shown through an internet search to be available... somewhere in the U.S.
That doesn't mean the vendor will have enough for everybody, we'll have to keep our fingers crossed...if we can't find it, then that's when we'll start maneuvering through the highest vote numbers in the poll.
The only ones that we know are available, for sure, are the plants with such notes next to them:

We'll cross that bridge when we get to it

Like Chris, I thought that the plants that made it to the final list were available in sufficient quantities. If some of them aren't, what are they doing on the list?
EDIT: Nevermind Sue, I just saw your post, we must have been writing at the same time!

H&R in Hawaii has Den. tetragonum. They're a big outfit. I can't imagine they wouldn't have enough.

I'll make a note of it, in case we need it
Thanks Terri

LOL...if we went with only the plants we had vendor quantity confirmations for we'd only be choosing from three plants!
If the winner is not one of those three plants, then we'll see what we can do about ordering form separate vendors...and if that doesn't work out, then we'll check the same things with the plant that came in 2nd in the poll...etcetera

Just a thought, would it be possible to find 2 vendors that together would make up the necessary amount we need?

That's the type of thing we'll work on if the situation calls for it...hopefully, it won't be a problem
Either way, we'll figure it out
