Finally my first bud is open! It is very cute, but soooooo small. I can't get a decent picture. But when I do, I will post it.

Of all my chids, that is the one that most amazes visitors. Because it is so tiny I guess. Hope you two can see the little sparkles on the petals.

Well when I received mine I didn't have any spikes, it quickly put out 3 spikes for me and then nothing happened, not blooms....and then what seemed like forever, one flower on one of the spikes opened. Then one of the other spikes blasted for some reason and then the other flower faded and the two spikes just did nothing. I think that was back in February or something like that. Then just recently the spike that had opened one flower decided to open a couple of more...lol. I think the other spike is still there, but I can't remember now...lol. I'll have to go and look. So is the goal of this to guess what it is? Because I don't have a clue and I haven't started to figure it out due to lack of free time.

This will be the second bloom cycle on this plant for me. It produced 3 spikes shortly after we got them and it finally bloomed out in December/January. Am I the first to rebloom??

Becca, I know what it is. I can PM you if you like.
