in a pinch I can find and use the zoomed. its pretty good stuff made for reptiles and rats and its clean. its been out of stock on the shelf. online its spotty also.
been buying 5A but those little bags dont go very far if you are doing anything but mounding neos up.

Even when mounding the Neos, people typically only use the 5A for the last wrap around the outside to hold everything in place, use 4A for the inner part. |

found a Leptotes bohnkiana. said "blooming size mature in 2" pot". We see what others think mature blooming size in 2" pot looks like. Love these little flowers. Perfect for my Orchid Cage.

I also read which I didnt know that the seeds were/are used for flavoring.
I know they were neo scented to me. Never thought to put one in my tea
I can make some seeds too. I can be the Bug.

I don't know about Leptotes bohnkiana, but the seed capsules of Lpt. bicolor contain vanillin, can be cured like those of Vanilla and behave the same way. But I suspect that it would take a lot of them to amount to much flavoring.

I'm a bit late to the party, but can I still join the fun? Bought a nice little L. bicolor from Ecuagenera last month, currently in a 2" pot with bark, charcoal, perlite, and a bit of moss. It summering hanging in the dappled shade of my trees and seems to be growing plenty of leads and roots. Looking forward to blooms.
