Matt your plant must be more mature than my plant, it certainly is larger. I wonder if they are both divisions of the same plant?

The flowers on my plant may appear to have more shape as the plant is potted. I love the stripes!

Fishmom, is your plant mounted?

My plant is potted in LECA in a net pot. I’ve read these do not have much root and are a bit difficult to establish them onto a mount. I have not decided whether I want to pot this into spagh or some other media, for now it seems happy.

Fishmom and Matt, do you water with tap water?

Patty, since we got our uncata from the same vendor, insituorchids, they might come from the same plant?

I water my plants with tepid tap water. Fort Wayne’s water supply is very clean.

Yes, I use tap water. I fertilize weekly, weakly most of the time.

Thank you. I use tap water, well water as well. I do have a few plants that I water with distilled, CP’s. I occasionally use distilled on everything though not often. I also fertilize weekly weakly, seems to work well.
