Bifrenaria inodora Male
Default Bifrenaria inodora

This species is represented here surprisingly often in many colour varieties. But with 25 flowers on one plant and 9 more on a division of the same plant, plus a few more on 2 divisions of another clone, I wouldn't miss to post this species again (despite the unshowy leaf spots).
Previous posters from Brazil emphasized the remarkable pleasant fragrance of this species (the name means: not fragrant). The first clone _big plant- has only a very faint scent. The other clone -last pic- emits a more prominent but a bit unpleasant scent. There are worlds between this fragrance and the overwhelming strong addictive intoxicating perfume of a Bifrenaria harrisoniae.
Forgot to mention: Give a long cold dry winter rest to induce rich flowering. And looked at more closely you can see a dove, the Holy Ghost of South Brasil (like Peristeria further north).

Hi euplasia. I noticed that your bifrenaria has the same sort of leaf spotting that mine had previously. Do you do anything to treat that, and if so what do you use?
