My Bifrenaria harrisoniae in bloom
Thumbs up My Bifrenaria harrisoniae in bloom

I purchased a Bifrenaria harrisoniae one month ago, and it came with a small slower spike. Finally it has bloomed. As it came with bare roots, I had to pot it. Knowing that this plant detest having its roots disturbed, I was worried that it might abort its bud. But fortunately it managed to bloom. I am very happy!

Thanks everyone. It's been one week and the plant is still keeping the bloom. Does any one know how long it lasts?

Hi JKeys. I got it from an orchid nursery in Portugal. I am sure you can find it easily in the US, as there are many orchid nurseries there.
