Huntleya wallisii in bloom Female

Posted in pest/disease section too:

Strange sunken circular spots have appeared almost overnight on this bloom. One of the petals/sepals has already shriveled and it appears the one next to it is about to. Is this a result of pests? You can see in the following pics that they are quite easy to see. Everything else seems to be okay.
