I received this orchids with no root . How do I save it.

Can you post a picture of what you received? The new growths usually sprout the new roots, so if you got a nice fat pseudobulb with a new growth already forming, you chances are pretty good. I would keep it in a humid location and dip it regularly (like daily) in a kelp mixture or just water, depending on what you have available. When you see roots start to form, pot in fine bark or other medium for a moisture-loving orchid. Stabilize the plant so it does not wobble as the roots are growing.

I don’t have this species, but I’ve grown M. tenuifolia, M. variablis, and M. pachyphylla from near rootless divisions. Since I have it on hand, I did a overnight soak in a kelp based rooting stimulant (I don’t know if this is necessary). Then, I found an appropriately sized clay pot, and filled it with loosely packed sphagnum moss. For the rootless divisions, I secured the plant to a stake to keep it stable. I planted them so the pseudobulb base was just in the moss. I try to keep them continuously moist but not wet. This has worked for all three, but the M. tenuifolia took the better part of a year to really start growing.
