Default Zygopetalum Murray Bridge

This is the first blooming for me of Zygo. Murray Bridge (Z. Kiwi Choice 'Capital' x Z. River Murray 'Bold Lips'). It grew two substantial spikes from the new growth. This open one has 5 blooms and the other will open soon with 6 flowers. I could smell a slight scent even before the blooms were fully open. Now it fills a large area with scent which is very pleasant. I got this from Paramount in July 2011 as a bloom size plant.

Thanks Bud, Lagoon and Paul. I chose this Zygo based on the description and its parents. I couldn't find an actual photo anywhere! I wasn't sure what to expect for the lip but it is nice. And yes, a lovely fragrant one!
