I would have guessed that Fernandezia subbiflora would be the easiest of the 3 available from Ecuagenera. They do come from even lower elevations than the other 2 do. But again, they are not heat tolerant in the least bit. I did some research on the area where Fernandezia subbiflora grows, and have found that for a region as low in elevation as where it is found, the temperatures are still surprisingly cool.
Unfortunately, I was broke at the time and could not try my hand at Fernandezia subbiflora. Again, I would love to try this species out in the future.
