All are beautiful plants. How are you growing them? I've been trying members of this group, but with mixed success. Most of them usually succumb to root problems and then die of stress.

Carl, depending on where you are in FL, you may have the advantage of humidity. Whereas here in Los Angeles, CA that's not the case.

These plants really don't need to be grown terribly wet. Moist is fine.

As Beto has said, maybe you can try a coconut product. Maybe a small or medium grade CHC mix.

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if you could get away with growing them in bark!

Try growing a few specimens of the same species to try things out.

Grow one individual in a bark mix.

Grow one individual in LECA, PrimeAgra, or Hydroton.

Grow one individual in a CHC mix.

Grow another in diatomite if you have access to some.

See which potting media works for you.

It's obvious that sphagnum doesn't work for you, so don't grow them in sphag anymore.

Resist the urge to water them a lot. During growing season water about 3 - 4 times a week.

Btw, it's growing season right now for this group of orchids in the northern hemisphere. Good time to try again.
