Default Maxillaria rootless care

Hello people,
Any suggestions for Maxillaria striata and sanderiana rootless care? I have had them during two months in a minigreenhouse (Tē17-24, RH 60-90%) and they don't react. They seem to be dehydrated although they have new (static) shoots.
Thank you very much!

Hello drosera,
Considering the description of your "rootless" plants, I think that you are doing the best care possible. I have some limited experience with Maxillaria striata. It isn't an easy plant to grow in a warm environment (mine!).

Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply, Stitzelweller. May be I must to water more often (mist or submerge them).
