David, I’m growing all my orchids indoors.
All Lycaste and Anguloa are on the south-facing windowsill. I try to keep temperatures there inside the intermediate range. Humidity is never lower 50%, but usually somewhere between 50 and 60%. Air movement provides by fan, which is working through timer at least 10 hours daily. And last thing is I do not use any additional lighting system.
